PENNSYLVANIA: Wine retailers are forbidden to deliver to PA addresses. You may create an account in either our New Jersey store or our Delaware store to place your online order. Let us know when you'll be coming to the store and we will have your order prepped and ready to go.
Unless you’ve made special arrangements with us, orders should be picked up within 30 days of purchase.

FROM OUR NEW JERSEY STORE: We offer free UPS Ground shipping within New Jersey for orders over $250. If we are shipping to multiple addresses, shipping charges will be assessed based on the total price for each address. For orders under $250, shipping charges will be added to your order and will vary depending on shipping location.
New Jersey ships wine ONLY WITHIN New Jersey and Washington D.C. We CANNOT ship to other states.

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK: Our Brooklyn, New York store ships to New York, Florida, and Washington, D.C. addresses only. If we are shipping to multiple addresses, shipping charges will be assessed based on the total price for each address. Manhattan and Brooklyn orders less than $250 carry a $15-$20 fee, or more, depending on the number of packages. Manhattan and Brooklyn deliveries are made through courier services. We arrange for deliveries Monday through Friday. Please call 844-305-5023 for information on Saturday deliveries. We cannot guarantee a precise delivery time, but we will do our best to accommodate requests. Please advise if a delivery is being made to a business address.

Your satisfaction with Moore Brothers Wine Company is extremely important, and we will make every effort to make sure you're happy with the wines you purchase from us. To initiate a refund request, call or email the store:

Once your refund request is received we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two days. We will send all confirming information to you regarding the date the refund was issued, as well as copies of receipts whether by mail or email, whichever is most convenient to you.
