Despite never-ending investments in technology, Moore Brothers Wine Company is first and foremost an “experiential,” brick & mortar wine shop where social intelligence is often more valuable than wine “knowledge.”

Most of our successful, long-term colleagues didn't come from the wine “industry,” rather they came to us from other positions requiring “high-touch” customer service, or through their curiosity about wine and culture.

In all three of our locations (Pennsauken NJ, Wilmington DE, and Brooklyn NY) there are staff that have been with the company since opening. “Turnover” is rare, but we welcome inquiries for part-time positions (which often lead to full-time offers).
