Our Pennsauken, New Jersey store ships via UPS within the state of New Jersey and to Washington D.C. addresses. If we are shipping to multiple addresses, shipping charges will be assessed based on the total price for each address.
For shipments to New Jersey and D.C. addresses, the following flat rates apply:
1-3 bottles: $18
4-6 bottles: $20
7-12 bottles: $25
13-24 bottles: $45
25-36 bottles: $65
37+ bottles: $85

Manhattan and Brooklyn deliveries are made through courier services. Manhattan and Brooklyn orders totaling $250 or more receive free courier delivery. We arrange for deliveries Monday through Friday. Please call 844-305-5023 for information on Saturday deliveries. We cannot guarantee a precise delivery time, but we will do our best to accommodate requests. Please advise if a delivery is being made to a business address.
We ship via UPS and Fedex to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, LA, MD, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, VA, WA, WI, WV, WY. Please contact us in advance for information regarding shipments to Hawaii and Alaska.
Shipping rates are based on weight, and are charged a flat rate based on a scale of the number of bottles ordered. Per-bottle shipping costs decrease with larger orders, and we are happy to combine multiple smaller orders placed within a 30 day period (exceptions are made during the summer months due to hot weather) into one shipment to reduce the per-bottle shipping charge for our customers (for example, the shipping cost for two bottles to NY/CT/PA addresses is $20, whereas twelve bottles is $25). To hold your order for combined shipping, please choose "Consolidate for Future Shipping" at checkout. Applicable shipping charges for the total number of bottles from all consolidated orders will be assessed at time of shipment.
If we are shipping to multiple addresses, shipping charges will be assessed based on the total price for each address.
Spirits may only be delivered to addresses in New York.
Shipping terms and conditions:
Moore Brothers Wine Company does not, as a business, ship wine outside of New York State. Title on all wine purchases passes to the buyer at the time of purchase in the state of New York. As such, we are happy, however, to coordinate shipment of your wine, by you, to certain states. By requesting that your wine be shipped, you authorize Moore Brothers Wine Company to engage a common carrier to deliver the wine on your behalf. You, the purchaser, assumes all responsibility for complying with your state's laws regarding shipments of alcohol.
Various states impose limitations on the quantity of alcoholic beverages which may be purchased and brought into their jurisdiction without requiring the purchaser, the seller or the shipper to possess certain licenses or permits. Moore Brothers Wine Company does not, as a condition of sale, assume any obligation nor bear any responsibility whatsoever for applying for or obtaining any such permits or licenses. Therefore, the purchaser is strongly advised to investigate such limitations and to determine the manner in which alcoholic beverages may lawfully be brought into states other than New York. The purchaser is responsible for all applicable excise, use and sales taxes due to the purchaser's state related to the purchase of any taxable goods. Moore Brothers Wine Company makes no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship wines into any state outside of New York. The purchaser is solely responsible for the shipment of wines. By placing an order, you authorize Moore Brothers Wine Company to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
You must be 21 years of age to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Moore Brothers Wine Company. Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. The common carrier will make three attempts to deliver to you and obtain your signature. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, your wine will be returned to our store, and you will be responsible for all shipping charges related to the return and reshipment of your wine. In order to guarantee that someone 21 years of age is available to sign for your wine, we strongly suggest choosing to ship your wine to a business address.
As Delaware law currently stands, delivery of alcoholic beverages is prohibited to Delaware addresses. However, we can prepare your order for pickup at our store. Please let us know when you'll be coming to the store and we’ll have your order prepped and ready to go.

Your satisfaction with Moore Brothers Wine Company is extremely important, and we will make every effort to make sure you're happy with the wines you purchase from us. To initiate a refund request, call or email the store:

Once your refund request is received we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two days. We will send all confirming information to you regarding the date the refund was issued, as well as copies of receipts whether by mail or email, whichever is most convenient to you.
