Have you ever wondered how the bubbles get into a bottle of sparkling wine? Well, there’s more than one answer. With the holidays quickly approaching, we hope you can join us for a tasting that explores the many different ways that sparkling wines are produced. Of course, we’ll talk about Champagne (both the region and wines, as well its eponymous “method”). But in addition, we'll be pouring a range of outstanding sparkling wines, all produced in different regions and using a variety of techniques, including the fabulous new disgorgement of Champagne Brut Réserve from our good friends Raphaël and Vincent Bêrèche.
