I’ve been a little testy with the “industry” lately, so I better tell you some good news…
The latest (2006) vintage of Vincent Ricard’s whacky good, Les clos de Vauriou is in, and it’s delicious! A perfect “bistro” wine, and way undervalued, this juicy little Middle Loire red comes from a single, old, walled-in vineyard that Vincent has been farming organically for about 8 years. Ask for it next time you’re in.
