A corporate refugee who spent 20+ years as a marketing executive in the financial-services industry, Susan is delighted to now, finally, be making an honest living.
Her long-time interest in organic gardening and cooking led her to the slow-food movement in her native Chicago, and then to several organizations dedicated to preserving family farms and urban green space.
