it’s over! winter’s officially over!

The calendar says Spring is still three weeks away – but the arriving boats bring the fruits of the latest harvest – the first Rosé has arrived!
The Château Calissanne 2008 Rosé is downright delicious! I’m gonna cook something up tonight (haven’t figured out what, just yet), but Susan ‘n I are drinking this rosé with something appropriate…can’t wait!
