dinner with susan

I met Susan on December 8th, 2005. Clearly she’s out of my league, but she consents to have dinner with me, either out or at home…she even likes my cooking!
So we’re always thinking about wine with dinner, what I’m cooking (or what she’s cooking.) I always feel “charmed” in Susan’s presence…now if I just had some charm, I’d be all set.
So in this “category,” “dinner with susan,” I’ll recount what we cooked and what we drank, and how it worked.
Sometimes, food and wine pairings can be a nightmare – take our “first date,” for instance…
