Dale may have finally figured out what he wants to be when he grows up. After nearly twenty years as a golf pro, and a like time spent as a packaging executive, Dale has arrived at Moore Brothers.
Dale and his arborist wife Kathryn have enjoyed travel throughout the U.S, Italy and France many times (with the kids), and lately New Zealand and Spain. A 1995 cooking trip to Bologna introduced Dale to the kitchen, and he has since shared all of the culinary duties at home, including making bread at least once a week. The rumor is that there is wine on the table almost every night.
There are three Belville children Andrew, Christian, and Sarah, and six grandchildren. They all are quite accomplished cooks and, naturally, wine enthusiasts (except the grandchildren who are too young, but we have great expectations).
