chianti’s stellar 2006 harvest…

It’s finally arrived! the 2006 Corzano e Paterno Chianti is in the stores, and it is stunning!
Susan and I drank this on our first night while staying in the agriturismo at Corzano e Paterno back in late May, and I’ve been chomping at the bit to have it in inventory.
While visiting, we had a chance to catch a couple of hours interviewing Aljoscha Goldschmidt at his home. Here’s a little piece where he talks about developing instinct in the vineyards. It was in a response to a question about the nature of winegrowing…is it “nature” or “nurture…”
