Rather take a red to one of these wonderful restaurants? Paolo De Marchi has also recently released his latest vintage of Uvaggio, which is also stunning – a big, plush, silky rendition of Piemontese Nebbiolo (temepred with a touch of the local Croatina and Vespolina). Delicious!
